Total Valve Systems' facilities are fully equipped with all of the essentials to provide high quality and reliable repairs to your flame arrestors.

Our process includes:

• As received photos
• Unit pre-test
• Any parts found that require replacement will be priced and communicated to the owner for approval prior to installation
• Flame bank is cleaned using Total Valve's proprietary system
• Reassembly with new gaskets
• Functional testing
• Painting
• Final quality control inspection and completion of the documentation package
